Green Building Index (GBI) is an environmental rating system for buildings developed by PAM (Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia / Malaysian Institute of Architects) and ACEM (the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia). MSC Malaysia Bill of Guarantees (BoGs) is the grant of MSC Malaysia Status entitles qualified entities 1 to a set of incentives, rights and privileges from the Government of Malaysia (Government).
